Coffee in the United States is served by three kinds of places: national chains with drive-thrus and mobile ordering, independent neighborhood cafes that double as a workspace or a meeting spot, and specialty shops that roast their own beans or buy single-origin lots and brew them by pour-over, espresso or cold brew. Most open between 6 and 7 a.m. on weekdays, slightly later on weekends, and the busiest hour is the commute rush before 9. A drip coffee runs a few dollars, espresso drinks and specialty pours more, and tipping a dollar or a percentage on the card reader is customary but not required. Nearly every cafe offers free Wi-Fi, though some limit laptop seating at peak times or on weekends, and outlets are often the scarce resource.

I completed the SCA barista intermediate class with Kaleena which was well worth it though definitely challenging. I want to thank Kaleena again for her patience, thoughtfulness, resourcefulness and passion for all-things-coffee. I also took away with me an appreciation for coffee maintenance which I didn't expect!

I took the Pour Over class with Peace. It was a fantastic class. Really in-depth without being too complicated. I think someone at any level of expertise would enjoy this class. I especially liked when we brewed coffee using one recipe but changed various parameters and we all tasted the results compared. So we got a lesson in tasting as well.

Amazing coffee from Colombia and Asia πŸ™ŒπŸΌ super nice location, you get to see the roaster working and they have a huge space for workshops. The iced rose latte with matcha was so good. Fully recommended!

I had a great experience with this coffee class. Not only did I learn the fundamentals of coffee, but I also had hands-on experience using a professional commercial espresso machine. The instructor was energetic and engaging, explaining key concepts in a clear and easy-to-understand way. The combination of theory and practical practice made the learning process very effective and enjoyable. I walked away with real, usable knowledge.

Such a fun coffee spot! It’s a coffee school where they brew some amazing, fresh coffee. My wife got the deconstructed latte and the barista broke down how to experience it. There was a seltzer, espresso, frothed milk a cookie and the latte. It was so yummy! I had the coconut latte and it was amazing with the perfect amount of kick caffeine and coconut flavor with chunks of coconut on the bottom. Coconut is my favorite flavor in almost everything. This place is a must if your in the area.
